The Margareta of Romania Royal Foundation is looking for a skilled and passionate specialist to join the Fundraising & Communication team. Our colleague will be in charge of planning, managing and delivering multi-channel online communication and projects in order to achieve the funds needed to support the mission and to raise public awareness.

Responsibilities
• Install a CRM, register the donors' database and set a loyalty cycle, acoording to GDPR
• Recruit individual and corporate supporters through online campaigns and establish partnerships in order to support the fundraising
• Create, manage and supervise the online content on websites, social media and youtube and increase the reach and interractions
• Optimize the online presence of our Foundation's and promote effectively projects and campaigns using SEO and SEM
• Create and send the regular and special newsletters, in Romanian and English, to different target groups

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Web Editing etc.)
• Experience with SEO and SEM
• Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
• Experience within an NGO is a plus
• Professional English is a plus
• Driving licence is a plus
