The Social Media Specialist & Media Buying is a key role in World Vision Romania’s effort in fundraising, donor retention and cultivation applying digital strategy.

Build and execute social media strategy

- Adapts the social media strategy
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information;

Digital Media Buying
- Plan, budget, implement, monitor, create reports, and optimize paid campaigns in terms of volume, price, quality and conversion rates against KPI’s;
- Media planning, identifying target audiences and write effective campaigns.

Supports overall Marketing & Fundraising efforts
- Plan, budget, implement, monitor, create reports, and optimize paid campaigns in terms of volume, price, quality and conversion rates against KPI’s;

Studies, knowledge, abilities, skills
- Highly organized person, able to establish his/her priorities and get things done.
- Excellent 'people skills' for building relationships at all levels: good listening skills;
- Proficient in English – writing and speaking
- Proven experience in planning, implementing, managing and optimizing digital media campaigns
- Proven experience in working with: Web Analytics & Campaign Tracking Tools, Pixel tracking/Implementation, URL parameters, ad-serving technologies;
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
- Highly inquisitive about the latest innovations and passionate about delivering results;
- Analytical experience & problem solving- evidence of having approached problems from a mathematical perspective and working through to a solution in a logical way;
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability;
- Certified in Google AdWords and other social media certification
