From October 24-31, 2024, young participants from France, Hungary, Slovakia, and Romania gathered in Chamrousse, France, for a transformative youth exchange. The project aimed to strengthen the connection between young people and nature while promoting mental well-being, environmental sustainability, and cultural understanding.

Through hiking, plant identification, and eco-friendly outdoor activities, participants gained valuable life skills and experienced the therapeutic benefits of nature. Highlights included a challenging hike to the breathtaking Robert Lakes, yoga sessions for stress relief, and a visit to the historic Bastille in Grenoble. Cultural nights further enriched the experience, fostering friendships and cross-cultural learning.

Supported by Erasmus+, the project aligned with key European Youth Goals, empowering participants with new skills, increased confidence, and a deeper appreciation for sustainability and well-being. Each participant received a Youthpass certificate, recognizing their learning achievements.
